The thermal insulation effect of the type thermal insulation coating is closely related to the coating film thickness.

(2) The heat insulation mechanism of the thermal radiation heat-insulating coating is to radiate the heat absorbed by the object into the air at a certain wavelength by the radiation form of the wave, thereby exerting the effect of cooling and cooling.

(3) The heat-insulating mechanism of the reflective heat-insulating and cooling coating is to reflect the visible light and the near-infrared light in the sun to the external space through the reflection of the coating film, so that most of the energy reflected by the sun on the coating film is reflected. The thermal insulation properties of the coating are only related to the reflectivity of the surface of the coating, regardless of the thickness of the coating.

As a kind of heat insulation means of building, heat-insulating paint can play the role of heat-reflecting heat insulation, heat radiation heat insulation or heat insulation and energy-saving effect. The heat insulation cooling can reach above 20 °C. At present, the energy consumption caused by the cooling and cooling equipment based on air-conditioning in China's buildings accounts for about 1/3 of the energy consumption of the entire building. Research and development of thermal insulation coatings to reduce or prevent the warming caused by strong sunlight, prevent heat conduction, keep heat energy from being lost, and have extensive social and economic benefits for industrial and civil fields, saving energy, improving people's lives and work.
